经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后再狭窄相关护理指标的研究

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the related nursing indexes of in stent restenosis in patients after percutane-ous coronary intervention,and to provide the basis for the formulation of nursing program in PCI treatment. Methods:A total of 282 patients with coronary heart disease receiving follow up angiography were selected af-ter PCI from January 2012 to December 2014.They were divided into restenosis (observation group)and non restenosis (control group).The related nursing indexes of restenosis after PCI were analyzed on clinical data,life behavior questionnaire investigatation,and self rating anxiety and depression score.Results:The age,gender and hypertension had no obvious effect for in stent restenosis (P>0.05).The logistic regression analysis revealed that the restenosis was positive correlated with diabetes(OR=2.423),high blood fat (OR=2.175),smoking (OR=1.792).And it was negative correlated with postoperative exercise(OR=0.820)and good medication com-pliance(OR=0.918).Conclusion:Factors were complex of stent restenosis after coronary artery PCI,nursing staff should improve the patients'compliance rate of blood lipid control and blood sugar control,regular follow up,strengthen the health guidance to the patients taking medicine and life style,and reduce the incidence of rest-enosis from the angle of behavior change,so as to prevent restenosis.关键词
