综合护理用于人工全髋关节翻修术病人的效果分析
Effect analysis of comprehensive nursing used for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical nursing effects of comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods:The data of 30 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were analyzed.Accord-ing to the nursing measures,they were divided into control group and observation group,1 5 5 cases in each.The patients in control group received the routine care,the patients in observation group received the comprehensive nursing,and then to compare the nursing effect between both groups.Results:The anxiety and depression scores showed no significant difference between both groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety,de-pression scores in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05).6min maxi-mum walking distance,step frequency,pace and Harsis score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention effect of the comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty was more ideal than that of the routine care.关键词
