Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of team skill training on social and family function of schizo-phrenia patients in rehabilitation period.Methods:A total of 92 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divid-ed into control group and observation group,46 cases in each.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in observation group were given team skill training on the basis of routine nursing.The social function rating scale(SSPI)and family function rating scale(FAD)were used to evaluate the social and family function of two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results:The scores of all dimensions of FAD in observation group were lower than those in control group,the SSPI score of observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Team skill training could improve the social and family function of schizophrenia patients in hospital,promote the re-habilitation of patients and help patients to return to the family and society.关键词
