人工髋关节置换术的手术室护理对策探讨

Abstract
Objective To explore the operating room nursing key points of artificial hip replacement. Methods In our line of hip arthroplasty in patients with 100 cases randomly selected as research object, its randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group patients give the operating room nursing quality, control group patients give the regular operating room nursing, comparison and analysis the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results Observation group of patients with SF- 36 scale each dimension score were higher than control group, and nursing satisfaction 94% 80% higher than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The quality in the operating room nursing to hip arthroplasty is helpful to improve the effect of the operation, improve the quality of life of patients, the construction of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.关键词
