Analysis of Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay and Nucleic Acid Detection in Primary Blood Donors and Repeated Blood Donors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the results of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid detection in primary blood donors and repeat donors. Methords The results of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid detection of 137 641 blood donors from February 2015 to November 2015 were analyzed and compared. Results Primary blood donors, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid detection unqualified rate is higher than the repeated blood donation who, in addition to alt four serological test results of the difference between the two has statistical significance (P<0.05), but nucleic acid testing unqualified rate difference between the two was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The qualified rate of repeated blood donors is higher than that of the first blood donors, it is relatively safe blood, but there are still some residual risk. Enzyme linked immunoassay and nucleic acid were used in blood screening, which further improves the safety of clinical blood transfusion.关键词
