乳腺癌组织中GATA3的表达及其在乳腺癌发生中的意义
The clinical significance of expression of GATA 3 in the patients with breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of expression level of GATA3 in the patients with breast cancer .Meth‐ods GATA3 level was detected by immunohistochemistry in the tissue of 122 patients with breast cancer and 40 healthy people . And the relationship of expression of GATA3 and clinical pathological features was analyzed .Results The expression of GATA3 was found both in the breast cancer tissue and normal breast tissue .The positive rate of GATA3 in normal breast tissue (80 .0% ) was significantly higher in that of in breast cancer tissue (59 .8% ) (P<0 .05) .The positive rate in the patients with lymphonodes metastases (35 .3% ) was found to be significantly lower than that in the patients without metastases (77 .5% ) (P<0 .05) .And the positive rate in patients with estrogen receptor (ER) positive breast cancer (76 .5% ) was significantly higher than that in patients with ER negative breast cancer (47 .9% ) (P<0 .05) .And the positive rate in patients with progesterone receptor (PR) positive breast cancer (76 .5% ) was significantly higher than that in patients with PR negative breast cancer (47 .9% ) (P<0 .05) .In addi‐tion ,the positive rate in patients with moderate recurrent risk (67 .1% ) was higher than that in patients with high recurrent risk (47 .8% ) (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The expression of GATA3 in the breast cancer tissue is down‐regulated ,which may be correla‐ted with the occurrence ,development and prognosis of breast cancer .关键词
