摘要

Abstract

Microwave power transmission ( MPT) which has the characteristics of high efficiency and high atmosphere transparence ,is the research emphasize of long distance WPT .International studies on WPT have lasted over sixty years . Space solar power is considered as the long term application and near-space vehicle is considered as the near term and mid-dle term application .The background of WPT and the some important experiments are introduced firstly .The composition and the key technologies of a typical MPT system are analyzed .The development roadmap of microwave power transmission tech-nologies used for near -space vehicles is proposed and the technical specifications of three stage MPT experiment systems are presented .
