摘要
Abstract
The single event upset ( SEU ) from the space environment threatens to the reliability of space-borne large-scale digital processing systems .Based on the development requirement of such system ,the paper focuses on the state of art of the anti-radiation technology and aerospace ASIC technology ,which are employed to mitigate the SEU effects .Then sug-gestions on two development routes are promoted in this article .关键词
