Modern Trends in Adipose-derived Stem Cells in Bone Tissue Engineering
摘要
Abstract
In the past decades, great progress has achieved in bone tissue engineering. Regeneration of bone defect was promoted by development of scaffold materials and utility of various stem cells. Adipose-derived stem cells(ADSCs), as one of available stem cells, have been highly evaluated in the bone tissue engineering. This review summarizes the pros and cons of ADSCs in bone tissue engineering, which focused on cell culture, scaffolds and growth factors, in order to promote the development of ADSCs in bone tissue engineering.关键词
