家族性颅骨锁骨发育不全综合征患者的临床及影像学特征分析鄢
Clinical and radiological features analysis in patients with familial cleidocranial dysplasia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical and radiological features in patients with familial cleidocranial dyspla-sia, thus provide references for clinical diagnosis of the disease. Method:All patients recieved clinical and radiological ex-aminations. Panoramic radiographs, cephalometric radiographs, chest radiographs, hand and foot radiographs were perfor-med to study the craniofacial and whole skeletal features of cleidocranial dysplasia patients. Result: The familial cleidocra-nial dysplasia patients show prominent forehead, midface deficiency, depressed nasal bridge, orbital hypertelorism, middle phalanx of index finger deficiency, short distal phalanx and slightly curved metatarsus. Dental manifestation included retai-ned deciduous teeth, delayed eruption of permanent teeth, supernumerary teeth and malocclusion. Conclusion:The analysis of clinical and radiological features are helpful to the timely diagnosis and treatment of cleidocranial dysplasia.关键词
