两种树脂粘接剂对纤维桩核冠方微渗漏影响的对比研究
A comparison of coronal microleakage between fiber posts and core restorations bonding with two different resin bond systems

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate and compare the coronal microleakage of fiber posts and core restorations bonding with two different resin bonding systems. Method: Twenty-two extracted human maxillary single-rooted teeth were randomly divided into four groups:group A(DMG LuxaCore),group B(Rely X Unicem),group C(positive control group),group D (negative control group). The teeth in group A and B were endodontically treated. Post spaces were prepared in the root canals. Two resin bonding systems (DMG LuxaCore, Rely X Unicem)were used respectively to bond fiber posts and reconstruct cores. The crowns of the teeth in group C and D were cut down and the root canals were covered with resin. All the specimens were immersed in India ink for one week. Then microleakage was observed with stereomicroscope. Result:The microleakage degrees among four groups were significantly different, and the microleakage of group A was significantly less than group B. Conclusion:Using different resin bonding systems to accomplish the fiber posts and core restorations would affect the coronal microleakage degree. The clinical treatment should be strict following guidelines.关键词
