Abstract
Objective: To investigate the significances of perioperative standard nursing care in the extraction of lower impacted wisdom tooth germ. Method:There were 186 patients from 11 to 14 years old undergoing the extraction of lower impacted wisdom tooth germ were randomly divided into two groups. There were 92 cases in control group,and 94 cases in experimental group. Perioperative standard nursing care and time appointment were performed in dedicated room of the experimental group, while routine nursing care and immediate surgery were carried out in ordinary clinic of the control group. After that, nervousness degree, operation time and postoperative complications were compared in these two groups. Result: All the tested indexes of patients were obviously lower in experimental group than those in control group (P<0.05). Conlusion: Perioperative standard nursing care in the extraction of lower impacted wisdom tooth germ could significantly ease the tension of patients, as well as reduce the operation time and risk of postoperative complications.关键词
