超声弹性成像与常规超声诊断肝脏良恶性病灶的结合方式探讨

Abstract
Objective To investigate the method of combination of ultrasound elastography and conventional ultrasonography for differentiating benign and malignant hepatic tumors. Methods Comprehensive creteria consisting of diameter, echogenicity, elastic score and strain of hepatic tumors was established for distinguishing benign and malignant hepatic tumors. Results Comprehensive creteria for diagnosis bear a sensitivity of 87.9%, a specificity of 97.8% and an accuracy of 93.9%, higher than that of other valuables (P<0.05). Conclusion It may be probable to differentiate benign and malignant tumors more accurately and objectively by the integrated combination of ultrasound elastography and conventional ultrasonography.关键词
