Abstract
Objective To investigate the CT findings of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm and improve the preoperative diagnosis of the disease. Methods Thirty-four patients with pathologically diagnosed with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm were retrieved from hospital records between Jan. 2013 and Dec. 2015. For these cases, CT findings, the manifestations, and CT feature based on different histopathological classifications were studied. Results Twenty-two of 34 gastric neuroendocrine tumors were men, and 12 cases were women. Eighteen cases occur in the stomach, 2 cases in duodenum, 14 cases in colorectum. For WHO Grade, 6 cases were G1 grade (including 1 case in the stomach, 1 case in duodenum, 4 cases in colorectum), 7 cases were for G2 grade (2 cases in the stomach, 1 case in duodenum, 4 cases in colorectum), 21 cases were for G3 grade (15 cases in the stomach,6 cases in colorectum). Conclusion CT appearances of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasm showed characteristics in different clinical and histologic classification, while the diagnostic and tumor stage of the disease was important.关键词
