摘要

Abstract

Design and optimization of radial vaned diffuser is important to increase the static efficiency of centrifugal compres-sor.Based on the linear cascade datum of NACA 65 series blades and comformal mapping method of cascade flow,this paper pro-poses a new method to design radial vaned diffuser.It solves the transformation problem from linear cascade to radial case. Through parameterizing blade shape and genetic optimization,vane stagger and local blade profile can be refined to control the flow over blade surface.Results come to reduced loss of total pressure through the cascade and reduced exit flow deviation.One sample of application shows the method feasible and usefulness.
