Design of Plug Contour Line for Single-seat Control Valve
摘要
Abstract
The structural characteristics of control valve with a inherent flow characteristics was analyzed,and it was deduced that relative proportion of contraction flow area to whirlpool flow area is equal to relative flow coefficient.A method to design the mold line of valve plug was given on the basis of similarity principle-different dimensional control valves with same inherent flow characteristics have similar structural characteristics .A mold line of valve plug was designed by the method,and the fluid nu-merical simulation verification was done,the results show that the deviation from inherent flow characteristics were in according with the rule of IEC 60534 -2 -4.关键词
