Abstract
Plastic screen pipe well completion can effectively support the wall of drill hole in soft coal seam, to solve the problem of hole wall collapse, so as to improve CBM drainage effect, therefore, plastic screen completion is increasingly used in development of CBM. To convey the plastic screen pipe into the hole, a plastic screen pipe conveyor has been developed. In this paper, the design of the plastic screen pipe conveyor mechanical and hydrau-lic systems were introduced. Indoor test and field application test have been conducted. Indoor test confirmed that the performance of the conveyor meets the requirements of field application, and field application also proved the convenience and reliability of the device.关键词
