社区慢性心力衰竭患者自我护理维持的影响因素分析
InfIuence Factors of SeIf-care Maintenance among Patients with Chronic Heart FaiIure in Community

Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of self-care maintenance among patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) in community, and to explore its influence factors. Methods A total of 130 CHF patients in community were recruited and investigated by questionnaires including general information questionnaire, HF self-care scale and hospital anxiety and depression scale. The multivariate stepwise regression was used to analyze the influence factors of CHF patients’ self-care maintenance. ResuIts The score of self-care maintenance among CHF patients was 41.05±12.59. Depression, CHF health education, educational background of the patients and the CHF course entered in regression model(P<0.01) and could explain 33.70% of the variation of self-care maintenance. ConcIusion The self-care maintenance among CHF patients in community is relatively poor. The main factors affecting the selfcare maintenance are depression, CHF health education, educational background and the CHF course. Medical staff should pay more attention to patients with depression, lower educational level and shorter CHF course. In order to improve self-care maintenance level, it’s important to establish a new intervention model of CHF management in community based on hospital-community cooperation and the CHF information management platform.关键词
