Abstract
Objective To improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary arrest patients outside ICU. Methods We conducted a prospective study. Patients with cardiopulmonary arrest were divided into intervention group and control group. In intervention group, we established an emergency medical team and then took a series of measures such as setting up emergency process, and providing qualification training for the team. In control group, conventional first-aid measures were performed. The successful rate of first-aid on the spot, patients’ outcome after 7d and families’ satisfaction with the first-aid were compared in both groups. ResuIts The success rescue rate and patients’ satisfaction were significantly improved in 1-year intervention and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConcIusion The emergency medical team can improve the successful rescue rate of cardiopulmonary arrest patients outside ICU.关键词
