104例膝关节置换患者睡眠质量现状及其影响因素分析
Current Status of Sleep Quality in Knee Replacement Patients and Its influence Factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the current status and analyze the influence factors of sleep quality in knee replacement patients. Methods With convenient sampling, totally 104 patients with knee arthroplasty in two first-class third-level hospitals in Changsha were investigated by general information questionnaire, Pain Belief Scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Results The total score of PSQI was 8.00 ±5.42 and gender and pain degree were the influence factors of sleep quality in knee replacement patients (P<0.01). Conclusion Patients of knee arthroplasty present poor sleep quality. Medical stuff should take some measures to improve patients’ sleep quality and pay great attention to female patients and those with severe pain.关键词
