超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛及其影响因素调查
Pain of Patients Undergoing Ultrasound-guided PICC and Its Influence Factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of pain for patients undergoing ultrasound-guided PICC. Methods Ninety patients with ultrasound-guided PICC catheter were investigated with the pain questionnaire for patients undergoing ultrasound-guided PICC and the factors exerted influence on patients ’ pain were analyzed. Results The score of pain was 3.56 ±1.42 and multiple linear regression analysis showed that education background and anxiety scoring were the main influencing factors of pain(R2=0.379, F=10.268, P<0.001). Conclusion The pain caused by ultrasound-guided PICC catheter keeps in moderate degree, and interventions targeted at the influencing factors of pain should be enhanced .关键词
