60例临终患者社区优质服务与家庭照护相结合的临终关怀实践
Hospice Care Integrating Community Quality Health Service with Family Care:A 60-case Study

Abstract
Objective To develop the model of home hospice care integrating professional nursing with family care and evaluate its efficacy. Methods Sixty patients at home were selected in the study. We provided them with home hospice service integrating professional nursing with family care and psychological counselor. Patients ’ quality of life, living cost and satisfaction with the hospice care were evaluated. Results All patients’ quality of life was improved after 2-month and 5-month intervention (P<0.001). No scald, falling, unexpected falling-off of tube or extubation, autolesion, suicide and getting lost occurred to patients. All patients and their families were satisfied with the community service and 98% of them were satisfied with psychological counseling, cost and living environment. Meanwhile, 83%of them were satisfied with pain control. Conclusion A suitable model of local hospice care benefits the improvement of terminal patient’s quality of life and family’s satisfaction as well as cost-saving. It is an effective model and worth to be popularized.关键词
