摘要
Abstract
Objective Patients with endometrial benign and malignant lesions in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,to discuss the diagnostic value transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography and hysteroscopy in postmenopausal normal endometrium and endometrial benign and malignant lesions. Methods 120 suspected patients with endometrial lesions as the research object in October 2010 ~ June 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, using transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasonography and hysteroscopy check respectively to compare two methods of examination of diagnosis. Re-sults The coincidence rate,negative detection rate and specificity of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis was much lower than that of hysteroscopy, the differences of data were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . However, the positive detection rate and sensitivity ratio data does not have significant difference ( P>0.05) . Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is a method of screening for endometrial lesions better;Vaginal ultrasound combined hysteroscopy examination plays an important role in diagnosis of endometrial lesions after menopause.关键词
