Expression of miR-185 and PKM2 in Gastric Cancer and its Clinical Significance
目的：研究miR-185与PKM2在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用原位杂交和免疫组化技术检测胃癌组织与癌旁正常胃粘膜组织中miR-185与PKM2的表达情况,分析miR-185与PKM2之间的相关性以及与胃癌患者临床病理参数的关系。结果原位杂交检测显示,在126例胃癌组织中miR-185阳性表达率为38.10％,与正常对照组56.38％比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2＝14.36,P＝0.000)。免疫组化结果显示,在126例胃癌组织中PKM…查看全部>>
