口服氨甲环酸片联合Q开关1064 nm Nd：YAG激光治疗黄褐斑临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical application and effect of using tranexamic acid combined with Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG Laser for the treatment of chloasma. Methods Selected 200 cases of chloasma patients in a hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 as the research object, the patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to retrospective analysis. The treatment group was treated by oral tranexamic acid combinated with Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG Laser,the control group was only treated by Q-Switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG Laser.The clinical effect and side effect were observed after six courses of treatment. Results In the treatment group,total effective rate was 81%.In the control group,total effective rate was 52%.The results had significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05).In treatment group,recurrence rate was 4%,while in control group recurrence rate was 12%. Conclusion Oral tranexamic acid combined with Q-switched 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma had good effect,worthy of clinical application and reference.关键词
