Ethical Reflection on Economics Measures of Climate Change Governance
摘要
Abstract
Measures such as reduction on carbon emission, carbon trading, carbon tax and other market-oriented mechanisms to deal with climate change are seemingly innovation, but in essence only commercialization of cli-mate conditions. They equal climate-crisis-affected human life to personal welfare, which is then calculated with the consumption expenditure that can be priced. Human should reflect on such narrow understanding and involve ethics in the governance measures of climate change economics, integrating social-economic development and cli-mate change governance so as to cultivate consciousness of sustainable survival and development, global aware-ness, and promote climate change management program which can truly benefit all people.关键词
