Abstract
Diacylglycerol acyltransferase (DGAT) is a key enzyme catalyzing the combination of diacylgycerol and fatty acid acyl to produce triacylglycerol, including DGAT1 and DGAT2. The discovery, structure, location and biological function of bovine DGAT2 gene as well as the association of its polymorphism with economic characters were reviewed and the research on DGAT2 gene was prospected.关键词
