摘要
Abstract
Probiotics are a kind of active microorganism which can influence the health of animals by improving the balance of intestinal flora. In recent years, probiotics are widely used as a microbial feed additive in animal production. In this paper, the effects of probiotics on the production performance of animals and the quality of animal products were reviewed, and its possible mechanism was further analyzed, so as to provide reference for the scientific application of probiotics in animal production.关键词
