农村饮水供给效果及影响因素：收入异质性视角的解析
Analysis of supply effectiveness and influencing factors of rural drinking water from the income heterogeneity perspective

Abstract
Rural drinking water safety is the most concerned and most urgent problem faced by rural residents. Based on a sample of rural households in the provinces of Sichuan, Henan, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Guizhou, and Ningxia and the theory of public goods and applying the ordered Logistic model, this paper analyzed the effects and the inlfuencing factors of rural drinking water supply. Results show that in general the supply effectiveness of rural drinking water is relatively high and the evaluation results of “very good” and “good” count for 72.21% and 3.29%, respectively, and evaluation results showed a “U” shape between the supply effectiveness of rural drinking water and farmers’ income. The inlfuencing factors include the supportive policies, farmers’ evaluation of town government, satisfying degree of household participation, the quality of drinking water, the degree of satisfying of residents’ life need, water supply changes, and comparative advantage. From the income perspective, different income groups showed different characteristics. Different factors have different effects on different income groups, and the key factors are farmers’ evaluation of town government, drinking water quality, the degree of satisfying of residents’ life need, water supply changes, and comparative advantage. To effectively maintain safe water supply in rural areas this paper provides the following suggestions, including to establish policy strategy to raise funds and to broaden the ifnancing channels to promote the supply level of rural drinking water, to strengthen environmental regulation and integrated remediation of rural drinking water sources, to encourage and guide farmers to actively participate in rural drinking water programs, and to produce guiding role of the government.关键词
