The Research on Component and Interactive Relations of Weibo Group Regarding to Governmental Affairs in Emergency Response---Based on the Case of Shenzhen Landslide

Abstract
Purpose/Significance] In emergency response, governmental Weibo has spontaneously developed into a trans-department and cross-level interactive group. An intensive study on the interactive group is of great help to improve its linkage effects between infor-mation delivering and public opinion guiding and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of governmental Weibo in handling emergencies. [ Method/Process] In this study, based on the case of Shenzhen landslide, case analysis method and social network analysis method were employed in order to research interactive group of governmental Weibo. [ Result/Conclusion] During the process of this study, it has been found that the formation of this interactive group is issue-oriented and diversely composed. Among various kinds of governmental Weibo, a group network is formed through different interactive approaches including information sharing, mutual assistance propagation and micro-interaction. Furthermore, various governmental microblogs play different roles in the interactive group;the interactive effect of this group depends particularly on core members, while edge members just have sole function. In this Weibo interactive group network, several fac-tors will determine whether a Weibo can be the core member or not such as degree of event relevancy and daily operation capability.关键词
