老年用户使用在线社交网络的行为类型研究
Research on the Behavioral Types of the Elderly Users in Social Networking Services
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance] Under the background of Smart Senior Care, how to help the elderly participate in online social inter-action through information and Internet technology is a very important issue. [Method/Process]This paper describes the elderly users' types by clustering analysis based on their participation style, characteristics of social ties and continuing use. Furthermore, we explore the re-lation among these three aspects with regression analysis. [ Result/Conclusion] The results show that the most active elderly users are those whose participation style is of information dissemination and social ties type is of huge number of followings. And the most continuing eld-erly users are those whose participation style is of moderate interaction and social ties type is of actively following others. The greater the number of followers is, the longer the elderly continue to use. The number of followings is positively correlative with the elderly users' ac-tiveness. Finally, we provide some advices for promoting the elderly users to continuously and actively use Social Networking Services.关键词
