The Heterogeneous Effect of Migration on the Psychological Status of the Relative Children
摘要
Abstract
The paper employs the survey data of Chinese Family Panel Studies ( CFPS) in 2012 to describe the heterogeneous effect of migration on the psychological status of the respective children, based on the counter⁃factual causal inference framework. The results show that the migration of children could benefit for part of the children, but not for the whole migrant children: the less possible to move, the more beneficial return of psychological status from the movement; but the effect of parents’ migration do not have significant effects on the psychological status of left⁃behind children. The findings show the heterogeneous effect of migration, to which should be paid more attentions.关键词
