摘要

Abstract

A method for simultaneous determination of gallic acid and chlorogenic acid in polygonum bistorta L by HPLC-DAD was developed. A SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×0.25 mm,5 µm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol mixed with 0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution The lfow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The wavelengths for detection were set at 273 nm and 327 nm and the column temperature was 30 oC. The recoverties of gallic acid and chlorogenic acid were 95%~105%.
