Determination of acrylic acid in salt-free imidazoline by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
The content of acrylic acid in salt-free imidazoline was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the linear range of acrylic acid was 9.09~77.27 µg/mL (r=0.999 5), the LOD was 0.1 µg/mL and the LOQ was 0.3 µg/mL. The RSD of precision and reproducibility tests were both less than 2.0%. The average recovery of the acrylic acid was 90.99%, and the RSD was 2.52%(n=9).关键词
