Review on the function and application of sea cucumber polypeptide in cosmetics
摘要
Abstract
The structure characteristics of sea cucumber polypeptides, particularly collagen peptides, were reviewed. The functions of collagen peptides with different molecular weights were compared in antioxidation, whitening and moisturizing. The preparation, separation and puriifcation of peptide products were summarized. The problems and research directions of the domestic industry of sea cucumber polypeptide were discussed.关键词
