Abstract
Objective:To study the choice of the operation time of the traditional laparoscopic cholecystectomy , which treatment of se-nile acute cholecystitis .Methods:Collect our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 , the 65 cases of elderly patients with acute cho-lecystitis treated by LC in our hospital , such as access to information such as age and gender , comparison of the early group (≤3 days) and delayed group (>3 days) of the operation time , intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization time and complications of the differences . Results:Compared with the operation index of the early group and the delayed group , the operation time, blood loss, hospitalization days in the early group were less than the delay group, and there were statistically significant (P<0.05).The follow -up time was 3 -5 years, 11 cases were lost to visit in 3 years, the loss rate was 16.92%.There were no significant differences in the recent incidence of complications between the early follow -up and the late stage (P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy for the treatment of senile acute cholecystitis was best in the early stage , shoul pay attention to the postoperative complications and active treatment .关键词
