Abstract
Objective:To analyze the situation of hyperglycemia in extensive burn patients with stress hyperglycemia .To find the influ-encing factors.Methods:We collected the clinic data of 434 extensive burn patients who was treated in the NO .1 hospital of Guangxi medical university from september 2003 to march 2011.We tested HBA1C, blood glucose and OGTT.Furthermore, we asked the history of diabetes , and divided these patients into normal group and complicated stress hyperglycemia group .We compared the cure rate of three groups to analyze the prognosis. Finally , we compared the complication of stress hyperglycemia in patients with different age groups and different incidence of burn area to analyze the complicated stress factor of stress hyperglycemia .Resu lts:1、 There was statistically signifi-cant difference in the cure rate between the two groups .(P=0.008).2、Those with stress hyperglycemia was no significant correlation between the age (P>0.05), but positive correlation between burn size (P <0.005).Conclusion:1、The incidence of stress hyperglyce-mia was affected by the area of burn , but not age .2、The prognosis of .extensive burn patients with stress hyperglycemia was worse than those with normal blood sugar .关键词
