Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect on treating the early rheumatoid arthritis .Methods: Combining the Diacerein Capsules.64 cases, females, aged between 15 and 45, confirmed early rheumatoid arthritis , were randomly and equally divided into con-trol group and treatment group .The control group was treated by taking orally Diclofenac Sodium Sustained -release Tablets, 75mg per time, twice a day, and Leflunomide Tablets, 20mg per time, once a day.The treatment group was treated based on former group to add o-ral Diacerein Capsules, 50mg per time, twice a day.The treatment time was 12 weeks.Blood routine, urine routine, liver function, renal function, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactin protein (CRP) were examined every month during the treat run .clinical manifestation, DAS28, VAS, ESR, CRP variation and drug adverse reactions were compared with before treating , treating after 4 weeks and after 12 weeks, respectively, and the medicine time and dosage change of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained -release Tablets were consid-ered in the same time.Results: The clinical manifestation, DAS28, VAS, ESR, CRP of treatment group, which were markedly im-proved, were better than control group(p<0.05), but the drug adverse reaction was little difference between both group (p>0.05);The medicine time and dosage change of Diclofenac Sodium Sustained -release Tablets of the treatment group , which decreased obviously , was superior to the other group .Conclusion: Easy drawn that combining the Diacerein Capsules to treat the early rheumatoid arthritis could rapidly control the illness , and help to reduce the medicine time and dosage of non -steroid antiinflammatory drug , and show no obvious adverse reaction .关键词
