摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the total hip replacement with a hip replacement for the clinical treatment effect for the treatment of se -nile femoral neck fracture .Methods: 42 patients with senile femoral neck fracture in our study , the control group were randomly divided into control group and observation group used a hip replacement treatment , observation group was treated with total hip replacement , re-spectively on two groups of postoperative hip joint function in patients with analysis and comparison .Results:The observation group after the operation of the clinical effect of the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures , postoperative complications and the rate of pain were significantly better than the control group .Conclusion:the treatment of senile femoral neck fractures using total hip replace-ment is better than the clinical curative effect of using half a hip replacement .关键词
