经后路短节段固定联合伤椎置钉治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of short -segment posterior stabilization combined with pedicle screw in trea-ting thoracolumbar fracture .Methods:80 cases of thoracolumbar fracture in our hospital were selected .They were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 40 cases in each group .The control group was given conventional short -segment posterior stabiliza-tion.The observation group was given short -segment posterior stabilization combined with pedicle screw .Compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:Total efficiency of observation group (95.00%) was obviously higher than observation group (82.50%), blood loss of observation group was obviously lower than control group and operation time , hospital stays were obviously shorter than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Short-segment posterior stabilization combined with pedicle screw in treating thoracolumbar fracture is safe and effective .It has shorter operation time , less blood loss and can shorten the hospital stays .It is worthy of clinic application .关键词
