摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of capsule Xianlinggubao avascular necrosis treatment .Methods:82 cases of selected patients with avascular necrosis from January 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital , were randomly divided into two groups to take the way , 41 patients in each group , were named as the observation group and the control group .The observation group were given capsules Xianlinggubao treatment , the control group were treated with alendronate treatment .Results:The rate of symptom improvement in patients with various medications and hip function scores were higher in patients , and patients with clinical observation group efficiency and excellent hip ratio , good rate higher than hip patients , incidence of adverse reactions lower than the control group patients .Conclu-sion:Xianlinggubao capsule treatment of avascular necrosis of a significant effect , safety,patient symptoms improved quickly , the kind of treatment in clinical practice is worth generalized .关键词
