分析PKP治疗伴椎体内裂隙样变骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的效果

Abstract
To investigate the associated with vertebral body fractures and patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression bone using PKP holds clinical curative effect of treatment .Methods:Choose 102 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures as the research object , according to the presence of vertebral body fracture appearance change was divided into two groups , crack sample group of 36 cases, no crack sample group of 66 cases, all patients were performed PKP holds the treatment , compared two groups of clini-cal curative effect .Results: Two groups of postoperative ODI , VAS compared with preoperative differences were significantly ( P<0. 05),the contrast between the two way P >0.05;No crevice group of bone cement injection for ml (4.48 +1.05), ml(4.35-1.12) for fracture group m, compared P>0.05;No leakage of vertebral body fracture group rate was 19.7%, the fracture group for 22.2%,com-pared P>0.05.Conclusion:PKP holds the treatment with vertebral body fracture appearance change of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in clinical curative effect should be good , worth promoting .关键词
