摘要
Abstract
To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of proximal femoral nail antirotation -Ⅱ( PFNA-Ⅱ) in the treat-ment of the femoral intertrochantecic fracture .Methods:100 cases with femoral intertrochantecic fracture treated with PFNA -Ⅱfrom February 2013 to January 2015 in the orthopedics of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively , being evaluated the operation time ,blood loss,the changes of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS),postoperative thigh pain,Harris Hip Score.Results:All the operations were success-ful.The excellent and good rate of hip -joint function was 96 percent.No obvious complications occurred Intra -operatively and post -operatively.Conclusion:The treatment of PFNA -Ⅱhas advantages of minimal trauma , shorter time of the operation , stable fixation, lower complication rate .关键词
