PFNA－Ⅱ治疗股骨转子间骨折100例临床效果分析OA
Analysis of clinical effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation-Ⅱ(PFNA-Ⅱ) in the treatment of the femoral intertrochantecic fracture
目的：研究分析亚洲型股骨近端抗旋髓内钉（ Proximal femoral nail antirotation －Ⅱ，PFNA－Ⅱ）治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床应用效果。方法：回顾分析自2013年2月～2015年1月于我院骨伤科行PFNA－Ⅱ治疗的100例股骨转子间骨折，分析评价其手术时间、术中出血量、术后大腿疼痛情况及Harris髋关节评分。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，术后髋关节功能评估优良率达96％，术中及术后均未出现明显并发症。结论：PFNA…查看全部>>
