丛刺电针法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的fMRI脑功能成像研究

摘要
Abstract
To study the effect of cluster electric acupuncture treatment of cervical vertebral artery in FMRI brain imaging . Methods:20 patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis were from Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University and Zhu -jiang Hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group , the corresponding random number is even as theobserva -tion group, odd as control group, 10 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given acupuncture treatment , the observation groupwas given cluster electric acupuncture treatment , the control group was given routine electric acupuncture treatment .Two groups werecompared before and after treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type integral and signs of vertebral artery and basilar arteryblood flow velocity, and evaluate the effect.Results: the total efficiency of the observation group was 100% (10/10), the control groupwas 60% (6/10), the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Compared with before treatment, the observation group andthe control group symptom scores were significantly reduced , vertebral artery, basilar artery blood flow velocity was significantly increased ,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); compared with the control group, the observation group decreased and symptomintegral vertebral artery, basilar artery blood flow velocity increased more significantly , statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: cluster needling could take on the neck of the stimulus from the original extended topunctate stimuli planar stimulation , thestimulation area increased, significantly improve thecurative effect, it might be worthy of clinical application.关键词
