摘要
Abstract
To study of combing MSCT with MRI on the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis .Methods:The CT and MRI images of 35 cases with the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis were analyzed retrospectively , the imaging features and differences between them were summed up .Results:35 cases with kneed complex fractures , 35 cases with lipohemarthrosis were showed on MSCT.33 cases with kneed complex fractures , 35 cases with bone marrow edema and lipohemarthrosis were on MRI .88 areas of other structures injury in the joint such as anterior/posterior , medial/lateral collateral ligament , medial/lateral meniscus , and subpatellar fat pad were found by different degree .Lipohemarthrosis were most located in suprapatellar bursa , with single/double fat fluid level on differ-ent size .Conclusion:A comprehensive and accurate diagnosis could be made on the kneed complex fractures and lipohemarthrosis only by combing MSCT and MRI .关键词
