观察康复治疗对肱骨下段骨折患者内固定术后肘关节功能的影响

Abstract
To investigate the effect of rehabilitation treatment on the function of elbow joint after internal fixation of the fracture of the lower humerus .Methods:Select 97 cases of humeral fractures in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 ,cases of humeral fractures were randomly divided into the control group (n=48),the study group(n=49).The control group received routine treatment , while the study group was treated with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group .The functional recovery of elbow joint was observed in the two groups after 6 months follow up.Results:The recovery of elbow joint function in the study group was 85. 7%,and the recovery of elbow joint function was 66.7%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The function of elbow joint in the study group was significantly better than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:In the treatment of the patients with the fracture of the lower humerus ,it could improve the function of the elbow joint , and it might be worth to be used in clinic.关键词
