摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment of severe polytraumatized patients with chest trauma in department of tho -racic surgery .Methods:The hospitalization and treatment of chest trauma combined severe multitrauma cases in department of thoracic surgery were retrospectively studied from January 2008 to June 2014 , Monitoring of vital sighs , the technique of airway control and dam-age control minimally invasive surgery were adopted efficiently during treatment .Results:There were 103 multi-injured cases ,98 pa-tients were survived, livability is 95.1%, 5 patients(3.7%)died during resuscitation in thoracic surgery .Conclusion:the advancement of diagnostic techniques and therapy is essential to rescue these chest trauma combined polytraumatized patients on accidents caused by such traffic accident , keeping airway clear and stabilize ,early quick surgical intervention with damage control is a key to minimize mortali-ty of critically multitrauma patients and Improve the rescue success rate .关键词
