Abstract
Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic and small incision endoscopic biliary endoscopy in the preservation of biliary stones (polyps).Method s:From June 2015 to May 2014, 77 cases of patients with stones (polyps) preserved by laparoscopic and small incision were retrospectively analyzed , and the differences were compared between the postoperative and postopera -tive related indicators .Results:Research group in the length of the incision, the amount of bleeding during the operation , and the time of operation were significantly lower than that of the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The compar-ison of the two groups in the exhaust time , postoperative common bile duct , and postoperative bile duct residual rate of the gallbladder stones, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic combined biliary endoscopy for treatment of gallstones (polyps) and minimally invasive gallbladder preserving surgery which in the length of the incision , the operation time, etc., better than the small incision , the safety and feasibility of the patients with good gallbladder function .关键词
