摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rehabilitation robot for upper limb combined with traditional rehabilitation therapy in stroke hemiplegic patients with shoulder subluxation in application effect .Methods:60 cases of patients with shoulder joint subluxation in pa-tients with hemiplegia after March 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital from stroke , were randomly assigned to experimental and control group , 30 cases in each group .The control group received traditional rehabilitation treatment technology , the experimental group was trea-ted with upper limb rehabilitation robot based on the traditional rehabilitation treatment , compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups . Results:after treatment , the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group , the differ-ence between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: in the treatment of post stroke hemiplegic patients with shoulder subluxation by upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with traditional rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the pa -tient's treatment effect , rate greatly improve the rehabilitation of patients , is worthy to be popularized in clinical .关键词
