Abstract
Objective:To investigate the psychologic status of patients with digital replantation and strategy of nursing intervention . Methods:The psychologic status of 120 patients with digital replantation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively , all the patients were done nursing disturbance , and the psychologic status , nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the patients before and after the nurs-ing intervention were compared .Results:The self-evaluation of anxiety scale ( SAS) score and depression self rating scale ( SDS) score of the patients were all significantly higher than the critical value , compared with the nursing intervention before , the SAS score , SDS score were all significantly reduced , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction, SF-36 score of the patients after the nursing intervention were before , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:The psychologic status of patients with digital replantation is poor , targeted nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient's bad mood, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life .It has wide popularization value .关键词
